These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which we provide our gardening services. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services

We provide garden maintenance services as described on our website or agreed in writing.

Services may include lawn care, hedge trimming, pruning, planting, weeding, garden clearance, and other general maintenance.

We do not provide landscaping, construction, or building services.
2. Quotes and Payment

All quotes are free and valid for 30 days.

Payment is due on completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash or bank transfer.
Late Payment

If payment is not received within 14 days of completion, a late payment charge of £25 will apply.

In addition, we may charge interest at 2% per month on the overdue balance until paid in full.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

If we must cancel due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will rearrange at the earliest opportunity.
4. Health, Safety and Access

You are responsible for providing safe access to the garden/area where work is to be carried out.

Please ensure pets, children, and valuables are safe and secure while we are working.

We reserve the right to stop work if conditions are unsafe.
5. Liability

We will carry out our work with reasonable skill and care.

We are not responsible for:

Damage caused by pre-existing faults or poor conditions.

Loss or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather).

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
